About Us
ConnectIT Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a software company that is 100% black owned. Founded by Lungi Pinda, Creative Director, and Jumbe Kaombwe, Software Developer. Our mission is to blend our creative and technical skills to build innovative custom solutions that meet our clients' specific needs.
Lungi Pinda
Founder, Creative Director
Lungi is a Theatre and Performance graduate of the UCT Drama School. Upon graduating, Lungi spent years in the entertainment industry, working as a performer, actor and theatre maker. He has appeared in various television programs and commercials, boasts an extensive CV in the theatre industry. He has since grown into a formidable and diverse entrepreneur, with business interests in the entertainment industry, event management and communications industries. Lungi’s ambition has continued to effect positive growth to the current partnership with the equally ambitious Jumbe Kaombwe.
Jumbe Kaombwe
Founder, Software Developer
Jumbe studied Computer Science at UCT. He then worked for a small software company for a few years, before joining a bank to work in their digital banking department. Jumbe has taken the work and management experience he gained from the corporate world and is now dedicated to being a successful entrepreneur.
